Spring is here!

Well, Spring has probably been here for a few weeks, but I've been busy with spring. Spring in our house means hockey and baseball, right now, so between practices and games for two boys we are busy. But, not too busy to admire some of the flowers around our house, so I took some pictures to share. Happy Spring!

New love

I have a new found item that I love. My mom got me a pack of these Huggable Hangers for Christmas and I wasn't so sure about them, but thought they might be useful. I mean, really what women can't use more hangers? She usually gets us one "gadgety" item for Christmas and this past Christmas this is what my sister-in-law and I got. I finally broke open the package last weekend and low and behold I love them! I broke down and bought some more at Target this weekend, but I need more. I want all of my clothes on them. All of my tops stay on, it gives me more room in my closet, and it just looks so neat and tidy to have them on all the same hanger. I have a thing for organization. I think I'll be ordering more from Amazon today. They aren't super cheap, but they make my closet look pretty and make me feel good, so it's all worth it, to me.

My wonderful husband surprised me with this tonight...

I am taking a 4 session photography class (my last class is Saturday, but I'm not sure if I'm going? More on that later ;) ). My friend, Michelle, and I went out to the airport to hopefully, catch some planes, but did not realize that our tiny little airport didn't have a ton of traffic, so we parked on the side of the road, set up her tripod, and started shooting cars. The photo on the far left was without the tripod, but I still think it looks cool. Chad liked the pics, too, so he surprised me with framing them. What a guy!

OK, I'm going to do it. I'm starting this blog. Why not, right? I've been sucked into all things blog, lately and I'm loving it, so I thought I'd join the party. I'm not sure how much time I will have to devote to it, but it will be something fun, I hope, and a learning experience, since I'm clueless on how to do this.

So, let's do a brief introduction, shall we... I'm Trish. I'm a 38 year old married mother of 3 boys who works, but wishes she didn't have to. I'd love to be able to stay at home and enjoy some time with my boys and be able to get some more stuff done around the house during the week, instead of being a mad woman on the weekends, but we do what we have to do. I'm married to a wonderful man and we have 3 wonderful boys who are 7, just turned 6 and 3. They keep us busy with their various activities, but it's fun and I love them learn new things and have fun.

To add to the madness we also have 2 dogs (a black lab and a black pug), 2 cats and a handful of fish. The boys are starting to help feed the cats, so that is nice, and I can't wait until they can start cleaning the litter boxes and cleaning up the poop in the backyard!

I'm home with the oldest and the youngest today, who both have bronchitis, so figured this was as good a time as any to kick this blog off. Thanks for coming along for the ride!
